1. Direct Acquisition Commissions
Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying first-time purchases made by customers they personally refer, in accordance with the compensation plan. Commissions are calculated on the gross order value, subject to program rules and eligibility.
2. Direct Customer Reorder Commissions
Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying repeat purchases made by their personally referred customers, as long as the account remains active and in good standing.
3. Affiliate Reorder Commissions
Affiliates may be eligible to earn commissions on qualifying repeat customer purchases generated by their referred affiliates, up to designated levels, as outlined in the compensation plan.
4. Customer Referral Program Commissions
When customers participate in Nectar’s referral program, affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying orders generated through those referrals, subject to program limits and terms.
5. Affiliate Customer Referral Commissions
Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying orders generated through customer referral activity associated with their affiliate network, according to the compensation plan structure.
6. Wholesale Commission Opportunities
Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying wholesale or bulk orders placed by approved retail or distribution partners, subject to separate wholesale terms and eligibility requirements.
